모든 발신번호 유형에서 필수로 제출해주셔야 하는 서류입니다.

* 국세청 홈텍스([www.hometax.go.kr](https://support-help.nhn-commerce.com/guide/sms/www.hometax.go.kr))를 통해 발급받으실 수 있습니다.
* 최근 3개월 이내 발급된 서류를 제출해주세요.
